The Florida DMV requires all applicants to disclose any felony or misdemeanor convictions from the past 10 years (measured from the date of conviction or release).
You don’t need to disclose traffic offenses, including DUIs.
Important:
Failing to report convictions — even those from other states or counties — may lead to a permanent ban from getting a dealer license.
The DMV groups convictions into Class A, B, and C. Your eligibility depends on how much time has passed since your conviction or release.
